Twice a week programming specific to the endurance athlete. Aimed at training the full spectrum of energy systems, developing energy efficient technique and skill, correcting imbalances and weaknesses, and building functional strength, mobility, power, respiration, and stamina… to create more prepared, sustainable, adaptable and capable endurance athletes and humans in every way.
With a heavy emphasis on efficient form and technique throughout, this course will include--but is not limited to-- a combination of running skill work and drills, on-going instruction and feedback on running and movement form and efficiency at various intensities and volume, as well as periodic in-depth reevaluation on video. As well as breathing skill drills, rowing, biking, ski erg, jump rope, mobility work, heavy lifting and bodyweight strength training, and WOD style combinations of various intensities influenced by MovNat, Crossfit Endurance, OCR, Gymnastics, etc.
