"Grip and Climbing: Strength & Technique" (90-minute training clinic)

In this class you will learn a variety of grip, carry and climbing techniques to adapt to any context, as well as some mobility and strength training guidelines and drills. We will spend time on the rock wall, cargo net, vertical wall, ropes, bars, as well as carrying and hauling various heavy items.
This class was developed for those obstacle course racers who are struggling with or wanting to improve upon grip strength and climbing technique. For 90 minutes, we are going to focus on improving your ability to overcome those obstacles that require a good grip, strength, and control of your body in space. As a smaller class, it is a great opportunity to practice technique together; giving you the chance to ask questions and receive more in-person, hands-on feedback regarding your form, and how to better develop strength in your weaknesses.
