Not to be stagnant or diluted for mass appeal but guided only by the pursuit of bringing you what works, this program draws from some of the most effective training philosophies in every corner of the world-- leaving general fitness and half-broke-burnout-athleticism as we know them behind-- to rediscover and develop your full human-nature potential for sustainable athletic performance.  

 

With a heavy emphasis on efficient form and technique throughout, training you can expect to see in this program includes:

  • Lots of Running technique skill work and drills
    Constantly varied planes of motion, unilateral work, mobility-strength drills, and activating often neglected neuromuscular pathways to highlight imbalances, turn weakness into strength, and prevent injury.
  • Training the Full spectrum of energy systems (anaerobic, aerobic, lactate threshold, ketogenic, and everything in-between).
  • High-intensity intervals, sprints and max-reps.
  • Tempo sets, isometrics, and target-heart-rate governed steady-state endurance efforts (running, biking, rowing, etc). 
  • Training breath-control and adaptability under a variety of stressors, intensities and volume. 
  • Heavy lifting, from barbells and kettlebells to buckets, and sandbags.
  • Climbing, crawling, carrying, pushing, pulling, jumping 
  • Workouts tailored for and influenced by Obstacle Course Racing, MovNat, Crossfit Endurance, etc.

1. Twice a week in-person group training with Marshall

  • First Class Donations go to the 3 COR WARRIORS fund.

  • Suggested donation as you go: $5/class online or on-site (Axistence members free 1x week*)

  • Suggested donation advance: $40/Month online ($20/Month Axistence Members*)

  • Plus, FREE supplemental group training days 1-4 per month (i.e. Trail runs, OCR simulations, Track workouts, Park days, hill intervals, etc).

*Class size limited to 16 athletes.
